About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Workshop Controller to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire Limited. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools.

Your primary responsibility will be to maximise profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the workshop team, while ensuring the highest technical and quality standards are maintained. You will work closely with the team to deliver outstanding results and help us achieve our service commitment to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a solid automotive workshop, servicing or aftersales background, with a common-sense business approach and excellent people skills. You will be a team player, willing to get involved in every aspect of our business and take pride in being part of the Northgate team.
