- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement IEPs that meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Deliver small group and one-on-one instruction to SEN students, using evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Significant experience working with children with complex special needs.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- A generous salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and professional development opportunities.
