Gastroenterology Consultant position available in Harlow, Essex, UK.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality gastroenterology services to our patients.

  • Provide gastroenterology services to patients at The Princess Alexander Hospital and other locations, following recognized guidelines and targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of gastroenterology services and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in teaching, examination, and accreditation duties, as well as contributing to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid GMC registration.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in the NHS or UK.

Additionally, you should be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
