Job Overview

Austin Fraser's Customer Experience Team is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Account Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, administer our CRM system (Salesforce), and coordinate various tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Your primary goal will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. You will troubleshoot incoming calls, provide simple fixes, and log engineer visits as needed. Additionally, you will coordinate with Marketing and Sales Teams for equipment logistics to and from shows and arrange equipment movements between sites with the Service Team.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in providing excellent customer service, accurate data entry skills, and experience in a fast-paced office environment. Familiarity with computer order entry and CRM systems (Microsoft Navision/Salesforce preferred) is highly desirable. Our estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
