Project Coordination Specialist

**Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience + Benefits
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Specialist to support our project managers in overseeing every component of the project from beginning to end. This role requires a detailed-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:* Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure that every project is planned and carried out according to client and corporate specifications, at the lowest possible cost, and on schedule.* Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.* Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on project progress.* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.* Provide administrative support to project managers, as needed.
Requirements:* 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Project management certification, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate, is desirable.
