We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will play a vital role in leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across our care homes.
Main Responsibilities- Review and analyze the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement and implement practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met.
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues that arise.
- Provide clinical mentorship and support to newly qualified nurses and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our care homes are providing the best possible care and services to our residents.
- Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration.
- Experience working in a care home environment and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
