About the Role

Your new company is a global leader in innovation and technology, seeking a Finance Analyst to join their operational Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient month-end duties, as well as analysis of costs against budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end duties, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct analysis of costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA newly qualified or a finalist, with experience of month-end accounting and a proactive, inquisitive attitude. You will also have the opportunity to work on process improvements and manage projects, contributing to the company's innovative and evolving culture.

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience, as well as a hybrid working model of 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home.
