We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Commercial Real Estate Management Ltd in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent real estate investment and development company, with a strong UK presence in key cities.

About the Role

  1. Perform financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting to identify trends and increase financial performance
  2. Support cost-analysis of landlord and service charge expenditure
  3. Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  4. Effectively present findings and recommendations to the Commercial Finance Team
  5. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
  6. Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Requirements

  1. CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
  2. Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing, and statutory accounts preferred but not essential
