About the Role

  1. Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
  2. Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure
  3. Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  4. Effectively present findings and recommendations to the Commercial Finance Team
  5. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
  6. Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Requirements

  1. CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
  2. Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and statutory accounts preferred but not essential
