Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a trusted business partner, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain forecasting models to monitor monthly financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial results and other relevant materials to stakeholders.
  3. Business Partnering: Collaborate with other business units to implement improvements to existing models, reports, and processes.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze company financials and manipulate large datasets to generate insights and support business decision-making.
  5. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to drive efficiency and best practice.
Requirements
  1. Accounting Qualification: Final stage or newly qualified in an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  2. Experience: Experience in an accountancy practice or working in a growing, international business with reporting lines into a parent company.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using the SAP accounting package and analytical tools.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and/or French and/or Russian desirable.
