Financial Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Support Analyst to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide financial support to our Property Managers, produce documentation for client meetings, and assist in the budget preparation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce periodic financial reports for clients and property managers
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to property managers as requested
  • Ensure accurate and timely transfer of funds within client accounts
  • Enter service charge budgets into the system accurately and on time
  • Assist in the preparation of budget reports for properties
  • Assist in the preparation of six months and annual service charge accounts for key client developments
  • Support property managers in financial interpretation and analysis
  • Handle queries from leaseholders regarding their accounts
Requirements
  • Experience in an accountancy or finance-related position
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills (VLookUps, Sum ifs, equations, Pivot tables)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and challenge information
  • Ability to analyze and investigate accounting anomalies
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Team player with a focus on working towards common goals
