Senior Finance Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Support Analyst to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the finances of our residential developments, working closely with our property managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and review periodic financial reports for clients
  • Enter annual service charge budgets and calculate voids on semi-complete sites
  • Assist property managers with ad-hoc financial queries from customers and clients
  • Prepare 6-month and annual service charge accounts for key client developments
  • Submit client VAT return calculations as required
  • Offer an escalation path to assist internal and external customers with complex queries and problems
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of service charge accounts preparation, dealing with accountants and audit queries, and ensuring compliance with leases and best practice
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to Intermediate Level
  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to make decisions, both independently and collaboratively, based on reasoned arguments and supported by evidence
