Senior Finance Support Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Support Analyst to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the finances of our prime London developments, working closely with our property managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial operations of 1-5 prime London developments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Form close working partnerships with our property managers and key clients, attending regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a private sector residential Service Charge Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
