Job Title: Senior Finance Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Support Analyst to join our London finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the finances for between 1-5 prime London developments, forming close working partnerships with our property managers and key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and review periodic financial reports to meet client requirements
  • Enter annual service charge budgets and calculate voids on semi-complete sites
  • Assist property managers with ad-hoc financial queries from customers and clients
  • Prepare 6m and annual service charge accounts for key client developments
  • Submit client VAT return calculations as required
  • Offer an escalation path to assist internal and external customers with complex queries and problems
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of service charge accounts preparation, dealing with accountants and audit queries, and ensuring compliance with the lease and best practice
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to Intermediate Level
  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to make decisions, both independently and collaboratively, based on reasoned arguments and supported by evidence
