Location: Bristol, Gloucestershire
Salary: £40,000 + Approx. £2,500 Tronc
Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a renowned multi-award-winning restaurant in the Bristol area to find a talented Sous Chef to join their team. This esteemed establishment is known for its exceptional cuisine and is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to take the next step in their career.

Package:

What's involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and team to plan menus, manage stock, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as coordinating with the restaurant management team on supply ordering, budgeting, and kitchen efficiency.
Requirements:
