Business Development Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a business development lead for a leading organisation in the UK water industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for sales growth and account management in the water treatment sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of water treatment and legionella control, strong leadership skills, and experience managing engineers and technical staff. You will lead a team of sales representatives, work closely with marketing, technical, and operational teams, and achieve business objectives. The role involves covering the Northern region, managing a team of 5 Account Managers and Service techs, and having hiring responsibility and developing the ongoing growth strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and account management.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and operational teams to achieve business objectives.

Our Benefits
A base salary of up to £60k, OTE £90k-£100k with superb commission structure, company car allowance and fuel card, big pension contributions, new tech (laptop and mobile), and 25 days holiday.
