About the Job

  • As a Travel Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on sales through service. You'll be the 'maker of happy' customers, ensuring their every need is met.
  • Your safety will always be our top priority, and you'll be responsible for implementing safety, first aid, and service procedures.
  • You'll be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • We're looking for someone who is committed and passionate about their work, with a flexible and adaptable approach to the ever-changing world of travel.
  • You'll be able to work independently, making decisions and remaining calm under pressure, while also being a team player who can work collaboratively to achieve results.

About You

  • We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ideally with previous customer-focused experience.
  • You'll be motivated to complete our comprehensive training program, which covers safety and emergency procedures, first aid, service, and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to understand, speak, and write proficiently in English.
  • You'll be able to work independently, assessing situations, identifying solutions, and making decisions under pressure.
