Job Overview:

GAP Group LTD is a leading provider of event equipment hire solutions throughout the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for planning and executing major events contracts worth over £100k.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of events equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence others. This role requires frequent travel and overnight stays throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of major events contracts
• Installation and recovery of GAP products within the outdoor event market
• Coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors
• Forming partnerships with clients to maximise opportunities on site and across the division
• Ensuring effective project delivery and meeting strict deadlines
• Managing resources and budgets effectively

Requirements:
• Previous experience working on major projects within the events/hire industry
• Strong technical knowledge of events equipment such as trackway, barriers, fencing, and flooring
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and a 'safety-first' approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others
• Strong IT, administration, and time management skills
• Driving license (essential)

Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
