We are seeking a talented Public Relations and Events Coordinator to join our team at Honda Motor Europe.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our PR & Events team in the development and delivery of our Events & PR Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of press launches and events, attending and providing support onsite at events, and managing press fleet bookings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the PR & Events team to prepare press launches and events.
  • Attending and providing support onsite at events.
  • Media monitoring and evaluation.
  • Managing press fleet bookings.
  • Supporting the PR Managers with press releases and imagery uploads.
  • Checking and updating the press website/press material/media lists.
  • Raising purchase orders and updating our internal log for all spend across all divisions.
  • Attendee management.
  • Venue searching for smaller events.
  • Supplier management with the support of your team.
  • Managing the team's central asset list and ensuring it is up to date.
  • Creating and updating presentations and reports.
  • Team admin and meeting coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car and opportunities for professional development.
