Sales and Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a fast-growing company based in the food industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success within the sector.

The role requires someone who is confident, tenacious, and eager to learn and succeed in a commercial discipline. The salary package on offer includes a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus scheme.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through proactive market research and analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform future strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

About You:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales position within the food industry, preferably with a background in ingredients
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
