This is a field-based position, requiring flexibility and the ability to travel as required.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in new business development in the Food Service sector or national accounts position with successful achievements in winning in multiple sectors and managing a tender.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and sell and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong commercial insight and key profit levers knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Good understanding of JJ Food Service Ltd, its business and the high-end restaurants sector in Bristol.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work towards tight deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations and legislation.


Responsibilities:
  • Win commercial new business via active prospecting and managing a pipeline of prospect opportunities.
  • Use successful techniques for winning contracts, including communicating the unique selling points of JJ Food Service Ltd and understanding client specific requirements.
