Are you a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a Technical Director (MEP) Healthcare to join our UK team and contribute to the growth of our Global Healthcare Division.

About the Role

As our new Technical Director (MEP) Healthcare, you will support the UK Healthcare Lead in developing the growth of the UK Healthcare Team. You will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects throughout the UK, with opportunities to support international healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of our MEP technical delivery teams
  • Raise Ramboll's profile and reputation within the Healthcare sector, both nationally and internationally
  • Support Ramboll's leadership team to identify and track new project opportunities and convert them to appointed projects
  • Lead large, multi-disciplinary project teams to successfully deliver healthcare projects
  • Inspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians within the healthcare team and working on your projects
  • Understand the healthcare sector on a national level and maintain awareness of connected policies and sector trends
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings
  • Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality design and advisory services
