Product Support Engineering Director

As the Product Support Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our global product support team, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness (SQDC) in our service offerings. Your leadership will ensure that our aeroderivative products operate at peak performance, meeting the critical needs of our customers in the oil, gas, maritime and power-generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global strategies for product and depot support, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead a diverse team of product support engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and depot and field service teams to ensure product reliability, address technical issues, and drive product improvements.
- Manage key customer relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for product support matters.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for customers and service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies without compromising on quality or safety.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, predict maintenance needs, and enhance product support strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering
