We are looking for a highly motivated Production Management Specialist to join our team at IAP Recruitment Ltd. This temporary ongoing contract has the potential to become a permanent position.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within an assembly and/or manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for leading the Assembly team to deliver against daily production schedules and works orders.

About the Role
  • Lead the Assembly team to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within an assembly and/or manufacturing environment.
  2. Detailed knowledge of engineering drawings, SOPs, and how to interpret them.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £13.20-£16.60 per hour, paid weekly. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career development and progression.
