Job Title: Aerospace Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at NRL. As an Aerospace Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products manufactured at our facility in Stafford.

The successful candidate will have experience with production processes and will be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. A strong understanding of IPC610 standards is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform wiring, assembly, and soldering tasks to meet IPC610 standards.
  • Analyze production/PCB failures to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • A strong understanding of production processes and efficiency improvements.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $43,000 - $53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 37-hour working week.
