Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customer management, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), to ensure effective contract execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities, leveraging expertise in program management and contract development.
  • Resolve quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues with contractor and subcontractor work and performance, ensuring seamless delivery of project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Level 1 Equivalent or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating commitment to excellence in program management.
  • Analyze and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information to make comparisons or recommendations, driving informed decision-making in contract development and execution.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives, ensuring compliance and best practices in contract management.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience as a Program Manager or 7 years of experience in lieu of degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in program management principles and practices.
  • DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management or PMP certification is preferred, indicating advanced expertise in program management and leadership.
