Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of payroll transactions, ensuring timely and efficient payment to employees. Your role will involve setting up new starters, processing leavers, and making adjustments, as well as accurate data inputting from individual time sheets to Sage. You will also be responsible for manual calculation of payments and statutory deductions, payroll reconciliations, and administration of company benefits and schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up new starters, process leavers, and make adjustments
* Accurate data inputting from individual time sheets to Sage
* Manual calculation of payments and statutory deductions
* Payroll reconciliations

Requirements:

* Previous experience processing payroll
* Good knowledge of payroll legislation
* Excellent attention to detail
* Sage knowledge advantageous
