Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing correspondence and requests through shared email accounts, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks.

- Executing Oracle requisitions across various departments related to workshops, inventory, and materials.

- Processing invoices for operational divisions in line with established company protocols, best practices, and timelines, while assisting accounts payable with statement reconciliations.

- Handling and documenting incoming and outgoing correspondence as required, adhering to agreed protocols.

- Providing all administrative services in accordance with established company systems and processes, including trace car relocation documentation, data entry, and document management.
