As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest possible standard of care for our patients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical area, providing leadership and motivation to staff, and facilitating effective communication between the multidisciplinary team and associate departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure optimum progression of care.
- Provide sound leadership and motivation for staff, actively involved in recruitment and staff development reviews.
- Facilitate orientation and training programs, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
- Act as a clinical expert and role model, providing specialist knowledge and advice to nurses and junior medical staff.
- Work collaboratively with the Sister/Charge Nurse to ensure the staff work effectively and possess the relevant clinical skills/knowledge to meet Departmental objectives.
