About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Practice Education Facilitator. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in supporting new clinicians through induction and providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the induction process for new recruits, coordinating competency education and assessments.
  • Provide clinical and educational support to new recruits and existing staff requiring extra support.
  • Work in partnership with the Learning and Development team to maintain competency and continuous professional development of self and wider South Gloucestershire INT's.
  • Support line managers with staff development and provide guidance on documentation and risk assessment.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent with NMC registration.
  • Recent teaching or training experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Knowledge and engagement in the IEN OSCE process.
