Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Spire Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and wellbeing needs, and develop and implement effective care plans to meet their individual requirements.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and maintain a working environment that promotes health, safety, and security, and acknowledges the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understands own responsibility in prevention and control.
  • Equality and Diversity: Support and enable equality, diversity, and rights, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within the workplace.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and support the efficient use of physical and financial resources, and contribute to the development of effective resource management strategies.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the independent sector
