Job Title: Private Clients Account Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Portfolio Handler to join our team at MW Appointments. As a Private Clients Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Private Clients insurances, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely processing of new business, renewals, and MTAs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle high net worth (HNW) risks, including household, motor, art, and travel insurance
  • Manage new and existing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs) accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and distribute insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Meet with clients as required, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer details, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Confirm cover with insurers and follow up on outstanding documentation, ensuring seamless policy administration
  • Issue clients with certificates of insurance, providing clear and concise information
  • Handle account queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar Insurance role, with a strong understanding of HNW/ Private Clients insurances
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on high net worth clients
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in insurance software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
