Interim Financial Accounting Manager Role
Your new company is a leading hospitality group with a growing presence in Manchester.
Your New Role
As an Interim Financial Accounting Manager, you will report to the Group Financial Controller and UK FD. Your responsibilities will include preparing statutory accounts for all group companies, liaising with auditors on disclosure notes and filing, and preparing supporting information for annual UK corporation returns and computations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts for all group companies
- Liaise with auditors on disclosure notes and filing
- Prepare supporting information for annual UK corporation returns and computations
- Liaise with UK and Group Finance teams, Auditors, Company Secretary, HMRC, and tax advisors
- Work closely with the portfolio team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Support and maintain effective internal control procedures
Requirements
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of public practice and industry, with extensive financial accounting and reporting experience.
