Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective dessert menus, working closely with the Catering Manager to meet student and staff demands.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in preparing hot and cold desserts, snacks, and beverages on-site, adhering to health and safety regulations.

The estimated salary range for this position is £24,040 - £25,002 (FTE) or £20,769 - £21,600 (pro rata), negotiable based on experience.

Working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (7.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.) and Friday (7.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.), with term-time only plus 5 staff Training Days (39 weeks p.a.).
