Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team at United Living Group. This role will involve promoting and delivering high standards of customer care for all residents, ensuring strong communication links between residents, clients, the call centre, and the operational team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Compliance - Implement and adhere to United Living HSE&Q standards, operating processes, company policies, and legislative requirements.
  2. Service Performance Monitoring - Assist in evaluating and controlling service performance to achieve contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators.
  3. Complaint Resolution - Resolve escalated complaints and maintain an effective Complaints and Customer Care Procedure.
  4. Product Training - Provide training to residents as required.
  5. Team Collaboration - Work closely with the wider team to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved.
  6. Call Centre Liaison - Maintain effective working relationships with the Call Centre team.
  7. Damage Reporting - Monitor and record complaints of alleged damage to resident's property or personal belongings.
  8. Diversity and Equality - Ensure Equality and Diversity Policies are in place and adhered to.
Requirements:
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Experience in Housing and/or Planned Maintenance (desired).
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required.
