Job Description: Weekend Veterinary Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Weekend Veterinary Assistant Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

About Us:

Vets Now is renowned for its commitment to emergency pet care, serving over 1700 veterinary practices across the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients during emergencies, handling phone calls, booking appointments, and managing finances.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Ensure accurate management of administrative duties in the clinic, promoting seamless service delivery.
    • Keep veterinary staff informed about incoming patients or clients requiring assistance.
    • Act as a bridge between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working Schedule:

This role requires working every other weekend, with Saturdays from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sundays from 08:00 to 17:00, as well as a fair share of bank holidays.

Compensation and Perks:

The estimated salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including 7 weeks pro-rata annual leave, a cash health plan, and up to 50% discounted staff pet care.
