About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of fresh and pre-prepared food items to a high standard
  • Ensure unit financial targets are achieved through effective food ordering and minimising wastage
  • Follow company and legislative procedures at all times
  • Support the Unit Manager in delivering team member training and conducting audits or stock taking
  • Assist with special events and theme days
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and make decisions as needed
