What You'll Do

As a Senior Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential blocks, overseeing service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks with 1,000 units across 35 to 40 sites.
  • Ensuring accurate billing and collections for service charges.
  • Maintaining up-to-date health and safety reports and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practices.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
