We're recruiting an Activities Coordinator to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents at The Amwell Care Home. As a member of our team, you'll contribute to a culture that values dignity, respect, and individuality.
We offer a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally. Our care home provides Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 88-residents, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
Your key responsibilities will include planning and organizing engaging activities and events, fostering social connections among residents, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities. This role requires a proactive approach, creativity, and a passion for elderly care.
Requirements:
- Event Planning Skills: Ability to develop and organize diverse events and activities.
- Creativity and Confidence: Friendly, creative, and confident personality.
- Passion for Elderly Care: Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and organizational skills.
