Job Overview

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. As a key member of our healthcare provider's rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with acquired brain injuries or progressive neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and lead the therapy team in delivering innovative interventions that promote occupational skills and mental wellbeing.
  • Manage and supervise junior staff, overseeing service provision and ensuring seamless collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Evaluate patient progress and develop tailored care plans in line with medical direction.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC are essential.
  • Experience in inpatient mental health adult services or equivalent is preferred, with clear understanding of the Occupational Therapy assessment process.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with evidence of continuous professional development.
