We are looking for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to work in our specialist Neuro behavioural rehabilitation service based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
Job DescriptionThis challenging yet rewarding position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care to individuals with complex needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, managing members of the therapy team and providing supervision as needed.
- Assess, intervene, and evaluate patient progress in line with individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in inpatient mental health adult services or equivalent.
- Clear understanding of Occupational Therapy principles and practice.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work autonomously.
- Salary range: £35,392 - £42,618 per annum, including a £5,000 Welcome Bonus.
