Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Administrator to join our team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

As a Clinical Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clinical team, including maintaining accurate records, handling telephone enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.

You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and health rosters
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including handling telephone enquiries and preparing clinical letters
  • Ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks, including inputting information into the Health Roster system
