Job Title: Business and Systems Manager

Warburtons is a leading bakery brand with a rich history dating back to 1876. As a Business and Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, supporting our business processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide application support for IT systems, ensuring efficient incident resolution, elimination of recurring issues, and identification of opportunities for improvement.
  2. Ensure IT services are restored to normal operation with minimal disruption to the business.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in the use of and business value delivered through Warburtons application systems.
  4. Identify and implement solutions to known problems through the change management process.
  5. Log all IT incidents through the IT helpdesk and work towards reducing the number of calls logged.
  6. Collaborate with Warburtons developers and/or external consultants to provide solutions to the business.
  7. Provide user support and training for business process areas.
  8. Enhance technical knowledge through personal learning, approved training courses, and industry events.
Requirements:
  1. Significant IT experience in business process and systems, gained within an FMCG environment.
  2. Manager-level experience, ideally with people management experience and previous responsibility for training and coaching others.
  3. Knowledge of SAP infrastructure, broad knowledge of critical business processes, and understanding of ITIL Service Management Principles.
  4. Regularly monitor work carried out by others to ensure tasks are delivered to time, quality, and other requirements, and make improvements where required.
  5. Analyzing and problem-solving skills, identifying flaws in analyses and knowing when further investigation is required.
