About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of specialized services to private clients and high net worth individuals. Their expertise combines taxation, trusts, and personal financial planning to deliver tailored solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Answering external phone calls and managing answer machine messages
  2. Preparing draft proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  3. Developing a thorough understanding of workflow within the accountancy services division
  4. Maintaining knowledge of software platforms used by accountancy teams
  5. Supporting new client onboarding, adhering to company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations
  6. Updating client details on IRIS/Karbon/PI Database
  7. Providing administrative support to other team members
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Experience in a professional services environment
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, specifically Excel
  3. Good general education to at least A Level standard
