We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Poundland & Dealz. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve commercial objectives and develop strategies to improve store performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to drive sales growth and maximize store profitability
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial objectives and resolve any operational issues
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure all policies and procedures are followed

**What We Offer:**
