Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Implementation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a new financial system for a nationwide Property/Real Estate organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting, as well as experience with financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a new financial system
  • Manage and lead projects and people to deliver business benefits
  • Work with the IT team to ensure integration with existing systems
  • Develop and implement financial management processes and systems
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Proactively resolve issues and think creatively to solve problems
Requirements
  • Strong accounting background and knowledge of financial reporting
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end projects or complex finance systems
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time, budget, and scope
