Senior Nurse Specialist in CSF Dynamics Disorders

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of neurological services.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant Nurse to join our team and take on the challenge of leading our multidisciplinary service for hydrocephalus and CSF dynamics disorders.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in leading teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have a passion for innovation and research, with a track record of scholarship and publication in their field.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Implement a clearly defined integrated approach to patient care, encompassing new treatments and evidence-based care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the strategic review of clinical services and develop policies and standard operating procedures.
**Requirements**
- Substantial post-registration experience with relevant clinical field; recent senior experience in the field.
- Demonstrable experience of leading service and/or quality improvement.
- Track record of scholarship and publication in the field of neurology.
