About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Montcalm Collection. As a key member of our F&B Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and delivering a luxury dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing F&B Team to deliver superior guest experience.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for the team, lead by example.
  • Ensure F&B Team is presentable at all times, adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
  • Handle guests' inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
  • Monitor cleanliness and proper maintenance of all F&B areas, equipment and utensils.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and guest-oriented mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills, with focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, wine pairings and menu offerings.
  • Familiarity with the Health & Safety regulations in F&B service (HACCP).
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
Working Conditions

Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends, holidays and evenings. Physical demands such as being on the feet for long periods of time and manual handling.

Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in food and beverage with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Eligibility

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
