About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at Turning Point. As a key member of our Suffolk Recovery Network, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of our substance misuse service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams across Suffolk, including answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records, and helping to improve performance.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, raising purchase orders, post, stationery, petty cash, and minute-taking.
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

We are looking for a confident communicator who can prioritize a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support. You will need to be able to achieve this without losing your methodical attention to detail and accuracy.

You will have experience with databases and knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrating organizational and IT skills will be important and imperative.
