Job Title: Soft Services Manager

Job Summary:

VINCI Facilities is seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead a team of facilities staff at our new UCL campus in Stratford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality facility services, including cleaning, front-of-house, waste management, caretaking, and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of soft services staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of facility services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits, including night shift audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities services, with a focus on soft services management.
  • Experience working within an educational facility.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • SMSTS and/or knowledge of Risk Assessments.
  • IOSHH / NEBOSH qualification.
